Synadia has become recognised IND sponsor

scroll

We are delighted and proud to announce that, after a meticulous application process, we have been recognised with the IND Sponsorship. Synadia can now recruit highly skilled migrants in and outside Europe.

Setting up our internal recruitment process in regions like South Africa, Eastern Europe and America is critical for our growth and increasing demand in knowledge and skill levels. Being an official AWS Partner, we believe that we can offer highly skilled migrants an outstanding opportunity to be part of our team of qualified professionals while living in Western Europe.

Recognition is mandatory if Synadia would like to apply for residence permits for our exchange students, highly skilled migrants and researchers in the context of Directive (EU) 2016/801.

Our recognition corresponds to various advantages:

  • Synadia can use an accelerated admissions procedure.

  • Synadia doesn’t need to provide as much documentary evidence.

To hire highly skilled migrants and researchers, Synadia had to be recognised by the IND. To be recognised as a sponsor, we had to prove that we are a reliable partner for the IND. As a result, we are now officially listed in the Public Register for Recognised Sponsors!
